Excellent cuisine and authentic decor. My wife and I had the Mushrooms "Al Xerez", Ibierco ham platter, Goat Cheese salad and Paella. Fantastic meal. Great selection of Spanish wine as well.

Last night we had a wonderful meal. Suckling pig - delicious. The 5J serrano ham was excellent and a real treat. Service was outstanding. We will definitely go back!

This restaurant was so subpar and lackluster. Perhaps had I ordered a whole pig it would have been satisfying, but NEVER order the mixed grill. First off, for $60, I should have gotten either a ton of food, or something of better quality that was prepared well. It came with a tiny chorizo, thin cut, overcooked pork (on a hot stone, which made it worse), chicken which was OK, and a piece of shortrib that was at least half gristle and basically raw. It came with only one side even though it was for two people. The torta de Santiago was great, but the flan not only looked sloppy, it was not rich and had waaaay to much air (instead of being a thick and creamy custard, literally had a bunch of air holes). The service was mediocre-when we asked for the check, they took our card and left it my the POS for (not exaggerating) 25 minutes. Anyone walking by could have just picked it up. When we mentioned we hadn't gotten it back, the server who brought it back thanked us without a smile in a very dismissive manner. There are so many better places in the Gables all around this restaurant.

Just popped in for a late dinner on a Saturday night. Restaurant was fairly busy but not too packed. Still we had to wait a few minutes to be seated; although we did walk in without a reservation, so I guess it's understandable. Ambience is nice... Not too loud. We started with the croquetas (jamón ibérico were tasty) and a platter of freshly sliced jamón ibérico, manchego cheese and pan con tomate. That was excellent. For entrees we ordered the paella Valenciana and the beef "Pedro Ximenez". Both dishes were outstanding. Husband and I both cleaned our plates. As if that weren't enough, we splurged and ordered 2 desserts -- crema catalana and the soufflé. Wow. What a perfect way to end our meal. Husband wanted to order the chocolate mousse, but they were all out -- gives us an excuse to come back and enjoy another delicious Spanish meal and try some other menu items.

We ordered the fried calamari for appetizer. For main dish we ordered chicken supreme, pork chops and lamb chops. Everything was cooked perfectly and service was great as usual! Will def come back & recommend this place!

Fantastic food, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. I went with my wife. We had as appetizers tapas that included well made, succulent black octopus, chorizo, and chick peas. For dinner we had the Parilla on the Rock for two which included wood-oven cooked angus beef, chicken, short loin and chorizo on a hot block. It was awesome. We had a bottle of malbec that complemented the meal. We were full so we skipped the desert. Highly recommend. Flavorful food with a nice smokey taste to it but served with elegance. Yum!

Excellent service. The waiter was attentive. My wife ordered the medallions. It was small but tasty. I ordered surf and turf, the meat was excellent. Portions are small to moderate. I really suggest ordering appetizers. I ordered ham croquettes and was excellent. For dessert, the triple chocolate cake is excellent.

Amazing Spanish food in the heart of the Gables! We had chorizo al sidra which was delicious, as well as garbanzos fritos (a must). For dinner we had the lamb - absolutely exquisite! If you haven't been able to find authentic Spanish food in Miami - this is it!!!! The service is attentive and knowledgeable. Must go!

Ended up here after chiropractor appointment and paid the $20 to valet park. Decided to try it out because it looked beautiful looking through the glass front door. The service was good and I was the only person in the restaurant initially. One couple came in after a while. The salad was beautiful, but it wasn't extraordinary except the cheese on it was delicious. Not enough dressing though, it was a bit dry. I ordered the large shrimp prawns and they were like mush in the shell. The consistency was literally mushy with no texture when I took the first one out the shell, so I (trying to be decent) took another one out and it was mushy as well. Not certain if this shrimp had gone bad or what. The waiter was kind and willing to cook another order or give me something else and initially I agreed. BUT the negative body language and facial expression of the chef as she took away the plate, was awful and made me trust that something awful would've happened to my food had she been allowed to cook me another order. Her disposition was truly offensive. Atrociously offensive. Was looking for a place to bring clients, and I like to try out restaurants before bringing doctors - this certainly won't be it. Beautiful presentations are not worth a thing if the food isn't good. The idea that I had such a terrible experience with no one else in the restaurant except me is very disappointing.

Great food and service. The Iberico ham is not to be missed. We had a wonderful leg of lamb cooked on the wood oven done to perfection.

The best Spanish food ever. The owner is there all the time. Everything is over the top. Best ingredients-flavor is amazing. Prices reasonable. Portions are large enough for two. Tapas are fantastic. The best part is the homemade sangria with fresh fruit.

I really like this new addition to Miracle Mile. The place is tough to tell from the outside that it is a Spanish restaurant but the food and service are great and the owner is actively involved in most things with the restaurant. I really enjoyed the paella and their patatas bravas was awesome and cooked exactly how I like it.

This is a beautiful new space on Miracle Mile. The owner is gracious and attentive. All of our food was delicious. We loved the artisanal bread with jam on and sangria, the beef tenderloin and seafood pasta. We will definitely go to Bellmont again.

I was in love with one look at the giant photo panels showcasing the Spanish city that has my heart, Madrid. I fell deeper in love as I read the menu featuring some of my favorite regional dishes. Then, all bets were off with one sip of the house made sangria, prepared and served by the very friendly owner who reigns from aforementioned city. Everything here is about quality and it shows in the food presentation, the taste and, well, the prices. You gotta try the jamon iberico, cut right from the pig leg standing on a pedestal in the center of the restaurant. On the side, have some of the fresh bread and high quality olive oil that you won't find everywhere. For more substantial bites, we tried two cuts of Angus beef served cooking on a hot volcanic rock before your eyes. It was unlike anything I've seen before and tasted outstanding with no extra sauce or condiments necessary. Now, I don't like whiskey but the whiskey CAKE is something I can get behind. Partly frozen, the essence of the spirit is there but not overpowering. With an extensive tapas menu coming soon, it's a spot I could see myself returning to for some sangria and bites with friends. When my family comes into town, I'm considering taking them here for the cochinillo, suckling pig. One of the only places around this town to serve a whole baby pig cooked all day long in a wood fired oven. Why wait for fam? It costs $180 and is best shared between 3-4 people. For now, they have TVs to show World Cup games. Definitely a good spot to choose when wanting to root for the red and yellow! With a pitcher of sangria on the side, of course.

Spanish cuisine as good as it gets on this side of the Atlantic. This is a family owned gem I found while travelling for work in Coral Gables. From a relaxed evening for wine and tapas, a taste of the Iberico ham, rack of lamb, or a seafood paella, Sergio will ensure it is sourced from the best and prepared to perfection.

  • Danie P.

This place is awesome. There are 5j hams hanging from the bar ceiling the wine list is fantastic. Ask to take a peek of the cochinillo that is cooking in the wood burning brick oven in in the back... Yummy!!

We went here on 8/9 and the service was amazing. There was not one moment from start to finish where we did not feel that our every need was being taken care of. The staff was very knowledgeable of their dishes and were able to make great recommendations. We had the tenderloin tips and the paella negra. Both came out perfect. I have been searching for good paella negra and I will be back for more! This is a must try if you have not been before!

First time for us. We called in the morning and ordered a Cochinillo for 6 people at 6 pm. We arrived at the restaurant and what a pretty place. The manchego and Jamon was delicious. Our Cochinillo (suckling pig) was really good. For dessert I would recommend the Torrejas, oh Yummmm

Nice environment to have traditional Spanish food in miracle mile. For an appetizer I ate the lomo (pork) with a piece of bread that was very hard and difficult to eat alongside with sunny side eggs that were on top of the pork. One would imagine both the pork and the eggs are heated but both were in room temperature and somewhat cold. (Apparently how the Spanish make it) For my entree I ate the paella with both seafood and vegetables and it contained a unique touch in the plate. Lastly the desert which was a natilla was really good which added a sweet touch to the end

From the moment you walk in you're completely transported to Spain! From the typical Spanish music creating the ambiance to the "jarras of Sangría" on the handmade bar to Sergio, the Owner, greeting you with his authentic Spanish accent! This place is pristine! So clean and inviting. You can't help but notice the huge pergola inside the restaurant that houses typical "jamones" de España! It's a sight to see!! The tapas are of the utmost highest quality. Everything is freshly made..DAILY! We shared garbanzo fritos, croquetas (spinach/manchego & Jamón), chorizo with goat cheese (YUM), bacon wrapped dates (must have), boquerones with goat cheese & cod. Can't choose which one was my favorite because they all were delicious!! We shared 3 "jarras de Sangría" filled with freshly diced fruits! So refreshing for a hot summer day! Oh, and who could forget that homemade crispy yet so soft in the middle, hot bread!!! Great for dipping.... You'll thank me later! There aren't enough words to describe this little gem in Miracle Mile. When you leave, you'll feel like jumping on a plane and continuing your spanish adventure in España! My hats off to Mr. Sergio Bellmónt and his family for recreating a bit of Spain in the heart of Coral Gables!

Authentic Spanish place to go in Coral Gables, we love to go there with the family, the manchego cheese/jamon iberico tray is delicious, my daughters devour it every time we go there. Paella is really good as well as the torta espanola. Highly recommended!.

Why have the outdated pamphlets in the restaurant in the first place? You need a sign in the window saying to check the website the printed menu is meaningless. Enjoy your empty tables as will I.

  • Frank P.

This place is probably the most authentic Spanish place in Miami. The owner is extremely nice, their food is really good quality with a lot of taste. All the dishes we ordered were simply amazing. Kudos to Sergio for replicating a small part of Spain in Miami. Must try the jamon iberico and I know it's not traditionally a Spanish dish, but the risotto was amazing. Highly recommended.

BOO. for valentine's day, they required a credit card to secure the reservation. Then they called to confirm. Of course nothing was available before 930 because they wanted an orderly service. there was a line out the door of people waiting for reservations l. Some folks had already been waiting 40 minutes past their reservation time. There was no hostess. No one to talk to. What really bothered me was that they required credit cards to reserve a table but they still, obviously over booked. Either that or they just cannot run a restaurant. That is just a lack of respect for their patrons. I was part of a long time of people walking out. No apologies. Nothing.

When in Miami, Bellmont is a must! The service is great and the food, just amazing. I recommend the croquetas and tablas to start off and the paella valenciana as an entree, though you can't leave without trying the lamb! So delicious. I will return for the cochinillo!

As I browsed through magazines featuring Miami highlights, I noticed a trend of Spanish restaurants. I came across the listing for Bellmont and instantly included a stop there in my plans the next day. Before heading to the airport my mom and I stopped in for a quick bite. I was so excited to get some jamon Iberico!!! It was delicious!!! My mom got a fish dish, can't recall what it was, but it was quite delicious as well. I ate half my serving of jamon Iberico and enjoyed the rest when I got back to CA. Lovely decor. Great service.

Great restaurant. Sergio the owner is very friendly and personable. The food is top notch. If you look at list prices you would think it's pricey, however, food quality is amazing! Delicious bread, oil, shrimp, risotto, wine (we had Lomas de Marques Rioja), scallops with manchego cheese and tabla de Jamon de bellota which was exquisite! A REAL Spanish place in a world full of fakeness called Miracle Mile. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Another Spanish restaurant in the gables, yet they still set themselves apart! I ate here with my family and here's the breakdown: Appetizer: - Fried garbanzo beans with a fried egg & chorizo - Manchego cheese tray - Jamon iberico & chorizo Entree: - Cochinillo (whole pig) for 6 people I went into dinner thinking everything was going to be subpar after reading the few bad reviews but I was very surprised that that wasn't the case!! The iberico appetizer, you could just tell was such good quality, and the fact that they cut it by hand that's the legit Spanish way!! My favorite appetizer was definitely the fried garbanzo beans ughh I could just have that by itself as my meal! Now, time for the critique of the whole pig! My entire family devoured it. It was delicious! I am not a fan of pork so unfortunately I just have to go off their opinions but they said it was well cooked, maybe a tiny bit on the burnt side but that the skin was still crunchy which was good. Even though I didn't really eat it, I would definitely recommend getting the whole pig because that's really what they pride themselves on. Last thing I'll mention is that the service was very very good. The owner was so polite and so helpful in his recommendations. The place was empty so maybe that's why we were able to get so much attention, but I hope that wasn't the case! I did see other people walk in that we're waiting for a while to be attended to. I wish that the owner would work on the atmosphere a bit more because it's not very romantic and the theme doesn't really match the music that plays. To sum it all up, there's so many Spanish places in Miami that I'm not 100% sure I would come back, or at least often, just because the atmosphere was a bit weird. A lot of times to me, a place can have really good food, but if the atmosphere or service slack then I won't go back. I like to take hours to eat dinner when I'm out and really enjoy myself. I can't really do that here.

We went here during Miami Spice and really liked it. Mrs. Bellmont was very attentive. We had a meal that came with a Lava Stone at the table, which we used to cook our steak and was loads of fun.

Got a little skiddish taste for lunch since I'm iffy on committing to Spanish restaurants in The 305- but as a daughter of two of the thousands of immigrants that share Spanish heritage in this city I have to tread cautiously.. And realistically. Since the predominant attempts of Spanish cuisine in this town come down to savvy (INSERT LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRY OR JUST CUBAN) chef(s) sourcing his/her recipes from their Spanish grandparents- I feel this is no different than my attempts...and liken it to a situation where a Haitian is making Cassoulet or a whimsical wooden puppet with a heart of gold that thinks he's real boy. "Oh well I'm ______ but my family is from Spain". Miami Spice got us to give this place a curious peek, atleast thats what I though..So how was lunch? Well it wasn't the typical Casa Panza look, in fact the aesthetic was very linear, clean and abundant in natural light. The crowd however was sterile and even shared the lipstick in the teeth, heavily costume-jeweled and pungent perfumes you'd find in any AARP friendly establishment that has Spanish cuisine. Once again, I must reiterate this is the city of grandmas that will ask coconut shells important life questions and tuck dollar bills under ornamental elephant butts while at the same time give you a detailed account of how Spanish the family is. To our delight the person that served us was ACTUALLY Spanish; I was thrilled when I didn't find fabada asturiana on the menu. Great! We decided to lunch a la carte since the MS menu didn't seem to entice much. For starters the Pulpo a la Gallega (the octopus) was actually as great and effortless as it should be. The olive oil it came bathed in was superior and true to it's intention- remarkably fragrant. The crusty bread sops up the pooled oil and warm octopus juice...this is worth ordering if you've tried all the octopi in Miami. We followed it with the surf and turf on the volcanic rock. Was the tenderloin great? Yes. It's tenderloin! How about the prawn?.. Sure. Was it mind blowing? Nah.. But it was pleasant. We were going to order more but something was distracting and irking us the whole time which we didn't acknowledge til we were leaving. Our entire experience was observed by an older couple across from us that wouldn't just casually glance but actually stare incessantly. Older Latin folks sometimes think they have invisible cloaks and gawk without the slightest bit of shame. Did these two forget how absurdly intrusive those little looks are? It was profoundly obnoxious and was the reason we cut the meal short. I get the occasional glance but this was excessive enough to want us to cut our lunch short. Sadly, these are the same type of people that will over-swivel a glass of Sutter Home and ultimately it all comes down to the crowd that frequents these places. This is an all too common situation when you want to eat in peace. Alas, this wasn't completely a set back and those type of early bird diners are what keep the Gables well... Old boring Gables- instead of clever, progressive and cultured. So maybe another time.. Definitely not on Miami Spice or holidays. The suckling pig looked interesting- could it be better than others around town? I guess I'll only know if I give this place a second chance, maybe past geriatric hours. Attentive service though..

This fantastic Spanish restaurant is located in 339 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. Is a wonderful experience, food is excellent, great atmosphere, is like eating in the mother land Spain. If you want to feel like a King or Queen come and eat in this place. My wife and I had a magnificent time.

Best cochinillo this side of Botin in Madrid!!!! Extremely succulent meat with crispy skin, just how it's supposed to be. The Jamon Iberico 5J is hand cut, like it's supposed to be. The recurring theme here? They do things the way they are SUPPOSED to be done. No gimmicks, no froo-froo - simply put, if you don't like this place, you don't like authentic Spanish. Always happy to pay for places that serve the highest quality produce and ingredients, and these guys bare no expense. OLÉ!

Pig legs EVERYWHERE! If you're into all things porky, this place is for you. I had the t-bone which I got to cook on a volcanic rock. Awesome. I also sampled croquettes, patatas, sautéed mushrooms, and calamari which were all average. If you like sweets definitely try the crema catalana. It has a surprisingly citrusy flavor which I loved. Wines were reasonably priced and we experienced GREAT SERVICE for our large group too :)

The décor is beautiful. You would think you were in Madrid in an up scale restaurant. Your expectations are lofty upon arrival which goes down gradually. The husband and wife team are trying without success. The over flow traffic from the restaurant next door, Seasons 52, will unfortunately be their only hope of surviving until they get their food quality up. Let's all hope they improve to succeed. They have all the ingredients.

Hit and miss My Tenderloins with sautéed onions was REALLY tasty - Hit Her Sea Bass with Potatoes was tasteless, actually negative taste - Miss Service was was on point but then again our party of 13 were the only ones there for most of the evening Hit They didn't have a lot of menu items available so the aforementioned Tenderloins was actually my plan B meal and several others in our group had the same problem Miss A survey after the the meal was over got the same mixed results It looks to be a family-run place so I hope they just had an uninspired evening and that they pick it up but as of now the best I can do is three stars and even then I'm feeling generous Deal With It

Don't come on a holiday.. Stay far away.. This place service is the worst I have ever experienced. No server greeted us till 15 minutes after sitting down. My food was cold and raw? PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Made reservations and the place is so poorly managed they told us we had to wait 45 min for our table! Even though we arrive 10 min early! After 15min of waiting we decided to cancel but asked again for our wait time and it was still 45 min!! The host station was a mess and completely obvious. Way to ruin Valentine day! I received an email from tasting table regarding the cochinillo. I was very interested and looked at their website. When I learned they also have brunch and bakery we decided to go. The decor is simple but elegant. The owner was very hospitable and informative. Breakfast was great The potatoes and croissants were delicious. Can't wait to go back for dinner.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
